dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá daňovými systémy ve třech zemích: Francii, Německu a Spojeném království Velké Británie a Severního Irska. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat tyto daňové systémy, zdůraznit základní rozdíly z této oblasti, vypočítat praktické příklady u vybraných daní a zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody těchto systémů. První část popisuje základní pojmy z daňové teorie, dělení daní, historii daní a harmonizaci daní teoreticky a v rámci Evropské unie. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu daňových systémů v těchto zemích. Tato část se zabývá současnou právní úpravou daní a také praktickými příklady vybraných druhů daní. Závěrečná část je věnována komparaci daňových systémů, celkovému zhodnocení a shrnutí problematiky a výhodám a nevýhodám vybraných daňových systémů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the taxation systems in three countries: France, Germany and United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The main objective is to analyze this tax systems, to point out the main differences from this sphere, to calculate practical examples by selected types of taxes and to assess advantages and disadvantages of this systems. The first part describes fundamental terms from tax theory, the classification of the taxes, the history of the taxes and harmonization of the taxes in theory and in the European Union. The second part is focused on analysis of tax systems in this countries. This part deals with the current legal regulations of taxes and also with practical examples of selected types of taxes. The final part is dedicated to compare tax systems, to overall assessment and summary this issue and to advantages and disadvantages of selected taxation systems.en
