dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na život a díla Oscara Wildea a na kontroverze, které budil ve společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat Wildeův život a díla v kontextu viktoriánské éry. Postihnout důležité momenty v britských sociálních a kulturních dějinách 19. století a do této souvislosti umístit životní cestu Oscara Wildea. Účelem této práce je také poskytnout analýzu Wildeových děl, přičemž se bakalářská práce soustředí na zachycení Wildeovy kritiky a popsání následného přijetí viktoriánskou společností.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focusses on the life and work of Oscar Wilde and the controversies he provoked in the Victorian society. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse Wilde's life and work in the context of the Victorian era, describe important moments in British social and cultural history of the 19th century and place Oscar Wilde's life journey in this context. The purpose is also pro provide an analysis of Wilde's works. Moreover, the thesis also aims to capture the features of Wilde's critique and describe its subsequent acceptance by Victorian society.en
