dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce představuje Olivera Cromwella, jednu z nejvýznamnějších postav anglických dějin, a Nástroj vlády, první anglickou psanou ústavu. Je rozdělena do čtyř tematických kapitol. První část mé práce je stručné shrnutí anglické historie 15. a 16. století. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na Cromwellův život a kariéru. Třetí část textu se zabývá anglickým právem. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována Nástroji vlády, dokumentu, který založil v Anglii protektorát.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis introduces Oliver Cromwell, one of the most important figures in English history, and the Instrument of Government, the first English written constitution. It is divided into four thematic chapters. The first part of my thesis is a brief summary of English history of the 15th and the 16th century. The second chapter concentrates on Cromwell's life and career. The third part of text deals with English law. The closing chapter is devoted to the Instrument of Government, the document that established the Protectorate in England.en
