dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je " Připravenost ZZS na řešení MU s HPO". V teoretické části se v první kapitole zabýváme Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou její činností, organizací a činností při MU s HPO, dále zde popisujeme traumatologický plán. Ve druhé kapitole rozebíráme mimořádnou událost jako takovou, její rozdělení, v druhé části této kapitoly popisujeme jednotlivé společné typové činnosti. V praktické části zjišťujeme na základě strukturovaných rozhovorů připravenost ZZS na řešení MU s HPO. Připravenost zkoumáme z personálního a materiálního hlediska, zároveň porovnáváme oslovené poskytovatele zdravotnické záchranné služby.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the bachelor thesis is " Preparedness of Emergency medical services to deal with Unexpected Emergency Events with Mass Casualty Incident ". In the theoretical part, in the first chapter we deal with the Medical Rescue Service, its activities, organization and activities in case of an emergency with mass disability of persons, then we describe the trauma plan. In the second chapter we analyze the emergency events, as such its division in the second part of this chapter we describe the different common type activities. In the practical part, we determine the preparedness of the Emergency Department to deal with a mass casualty incident. We examine preparedness in terms of personnel and material, while comparing the interviewed emergency medical service providers.en
