| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce je zaměřena na zkoumání vlivu únavy při testu reakční rychlosti. Test reakční rychlosti reprezentuje elektronický test, který je opakován patnáctkrát. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy vztahující se k elektrodermální aktivitě. Jsou zde popsány anatomickofyziologické vlastnosti kůže a potních žláz a základní seznámení s nervovou soustavou. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány motorické schopnosti se zaměřením na reakční rychlost. Vlastní výzkum se pak věnuje změnám hodnot EDA při testu reakční rychlosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work investigates the influence of fatigue by measuring reaction speed. The reaction speed test is an electronic test repeated fifteen times. Basic concepts related to electrodermal activity are defined in the theoretical part of the work. This includes the anatomical and physiological properties of the skin and the sweat glands, as well as a basic description of the nervous system. The last section of the theoretical part are described different motor abilities based on the reaction speed test. The research part of the work describes changes in EDA values during the reaction speed test. | en |
