dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku kontaktování polovodičových čipů metodou sintrování. V práci jsou rozebrány metody kontaktování, popis metody sintrování a různé druhy sintrovacích past. Experimentální část obsahuje návrh testovaného vzorku a jeho motivu. Dále obsahuje popis testovacích metod pro ověření kvality spoje. A v závěru práce je popis samotného testování vzorků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis is focused on the issue of contacting semiconductor chips by sintering. The methods of contacting, description of sintering methods and various types of sintering pastes are discussed in the thesis. The experimental part contains the design of the tested sample and its motive. It also includes a description of test methods for verifying joint quality. And at the end of the thesis there is a description of the testing of samples.en
