| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce na téma Compliance při antikoagulační léčbě u chlopenních vad je věnována problematice spolupráce pacienta s chlopenní vadou se zdravotníky a podílet se tak na léčbě a zejména prevenci komplikací. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány chlopenní vady a jejich přirozený průběh, jednotlivé léky antikoagulační terapie a jejich působení v lidském organismu, screeningová koagulační vyšetření a režimová opatření, které je důležité při této léčbě dodržovat. Byly zde uvedeny poznatky z odborné literatury a dostupných odborných internetových článků. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou výsledků získaných z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti respondenty, kde jsem zjišťovala kromě míry informovanosti i to, zda pacienti dodržují režimová opatření, která režimová opatření dělají pacientům největší potíže a z jakého důvodu. Výsledky rozhovorů jsem následně zpracovala pomocí kódování do čtyř myšlenkových map. Závěr práce obsahuje vyhodnocení celkové spolupráce pacientů s chlopenní vadou při antikoagulační léčbě a doporučení pro praxi. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis on Compliance in anticoagulant therapy for valvular defects is devoted to the issue of cooperation of the patient with valvular defect with health professionals and to participate in the treatment and especially prevention of complications. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are described valvular defects and their natural course, individual drugs of anticoagulant therapy and their effect on the human organism, screening coagulation tests and regime measures, which are important followed in this therapy. Knowledge from professional literature and available internet articles were presented here. In the practical part I deal with the analysis of the results obtained from semi-structured interviews with ten respondents, where I examined apart from extent of information, whether patients follows the regime measures, which regime measures makes patients the most difficult and for what reason. I subsequently processed the results of the interviews using coding into four mind maps. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the overall cooperation of patients with valvular defects in anticoagulant therapy and recommendations for practise. | en |
