Část teoretická obsahuje anatomii a fyziologii ledvin, vysvětlení principu scintigrafické detekce, využívané na pracovištích nukleární medicíny, a objasnění významu radiofarmak. Dále se práce zabývá jednotlivými scintigrafickými metodami používanými v nefrologii a v neposlední řadě radiační ochranou. Praktická část bakalářské práce se skládá z kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu. | cs |

The theoretical part includes anatomy and physiology of the kidneys, an explanation of the principle of scintigraphic detection used in nuclear medicine, and clarification of the importance of radiopharmaceuticals. Furthermore, the thesis deals with individual scintigraphic methods used in nephrology and, last but not least, radiation protection.
