Povinnosti podnikatelů při zasílání obchodních sdělení zákazníkům

Abstract

Autorka v tomto článku podává ucelený pohled na problematiku zasílání obchodních sdělení, a to jak z pohledu předpisů upravujících služby poskytované elektronickými prostředky, tak z pohledu ochrany osobních údajů zákazníků; upozorňuje na některé sporné výklady v této oblasti a snaží se nalézt odpovědi na dosud neřešené otázky.

In this article, the author provides a comprehensive view of the issue of sending commercial communications, both from the perspective of the regulations governing services provided by electronic means and from the perspective of the protection of customers' personal data; she draws attention to some controversial interpretations in this area and tries to find answers to questions that have not yet been resolved.
