dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku životního stylu u pacientů po aortokoronárním bypassu. Zabývá se vznikem, rozvojem a rizikovými faktory ischemické choroby srdeční, která je důvodem k CABG. Dále je zde zmíněna stručná anatomie a fyziologie srdce, diagnostika a indikace k CABG, farmakoterapie a rekonvalescence po operaci včetně role sestry v edukaci nemocného. Tato práce obsahuje zhodnocení, zda u pacientů po aortokoronárním bypassu došlo ke změnám v jednotlivých oblastech životního stylu a doporučení, jak se s onemocněním a těmito změnami vypořádat.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the set of problems associated with the lifestyle of patients who underwent coronary artery bypass graft (CABG). It is concerned with the origin, development and risk factors of the coronary artery disease that result in CABG. It also contains a brief anatomy and physiology of the heart, the diagnostics and indications for CABG, post-operative pharmacotherapy and convalescence including the role of the nurse in patient education. This work contains an evaluation whether changes were obtained in individual lifestyle areas of the patients as well as a recommendation how to deal with the disease and these changes.en
