Teoretická část pojednává o tom, co si představit pod pojmem tým a týmová spolupráce, jak takový tým má vypadat, co jednotlivé členy týmu spojuje, jak vzniklá atmosféra ovlivňuje jednotlivé členy a co studentům napomáhá zařadit se do týmů. Praktická část je zaměřena na pohled studenta ošetřovatelství a všeobecných sester na vykonávání ošetřovatelské praxe a na aspekty ovlivňující spokojenost studentů s ošetřovatelskou praxí. | cs |
