dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou financování sociálních služeb čtyř vybraných zemí, kterými je Česká republika, Německo, Velká Británie a Švédsko. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnat a vyhodnotit rozdíly ve způsobu financování sociálních služeb na příkladu vybraných zemí. V první části jsou definována základní teoretická východiska týkající se sociální politiky, sociálního státu a sociálních služeb. Dále jsou analyzovány sociální systémy vybraných zemí, jejich historický vývoj a současný systém. Třetí část práce je zaměřena na analýzu financování sociálních služeb a zjištěné poznatky jsou shrnuty a komparovány v závěrečné kapitole.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the issue of funding of social services in four selected countries, namely the Czech Republic, Germany, the United Kingdom and Sweden. The primary aim of the thesis is to compare and evaluate the differences in the ways of funding of social services in selected countries. The first part introduces the basic theoretical background of social policy, welfare state and social services. Then there are analyzed social systems of selected countries, their historical development and the current system. The third part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of funding of social services and the findings are summarized and compared in the final chapter.en
