dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku poskytování ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s implantabilním kardioverterem defibrilátorem. Cílem práce je představit z pohledu nelékařského zdravotnického pracovníka specializovanou péči o pacienta před, během a po implantaci kardioverteru defibrilátoru. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teorecká část práce popisuje postupně anatomii a fyziologii srdce, poruchy srdečního rytmu a jejich léčebné postupy. Nejvíce pozornosti je v teoretické části věnována popisu kardioverteru defibrilátoru, diagnostice a indikacím k implantaci přístroje, průběhu implantace a komplexní péči o pacienta před, během a po implantaci. Praktická část se zabývá plánováním, tvorbou a realizací ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s implantabilním kardioverterem defibrilátorem a to včetně vypracování edukačního plánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the problems of providing of nursing care for patients with implantable cardioverter defibrillator. The main goal of the thesis is introduction of specialized nursing care for patients before,during and after implantation of cardioverter defibrillator from the viewpoint of paramedical staff. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes anatomy and physiology of the heart, heart rhythm disorders and their medical procedures. The most attention in theoretical part is focused on description of cardioverter defibrillator, diagnostics and indication for implantation of apparatus, process of implantation and nursing care for patients before, during and after implantation. The practical part is focused on planning, creation and realization of nursing care for patient with implantable cardioverter defibrillator,included nursing plan of care.en
