dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Zástava oběhu v důsledku traumatu a její ře-šení v přednemocniční neodkladné péči". Teoretická část se dělí na pět hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá anatomií srdce a krevního oběhu. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na téma náhlé zástavy oběhu a poukazuje na rozdíly mezi BLS a ALS resuscitací. Třetí kapitola, zaobírá trauma jako celek. Zabývá se typy poranění a typy šokových stavů. Čtvrtá kapitola se soustředí na řešení traumatické náhlé zástavy oběhu, diagnostiku a terapii reverzibilních příčin. Pátá kapitola se zabývá vybavením ZZS vozů. Praktická část se věnuje incidenci TNZO, postupy a kompetencemi zdravotnických záchranářů. Informace jsou získány formou dotazníku. Výsledky jsou získané od sedmi zdravotnických záchranných služeb a jsou zde prezentované.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor´s thesis addresses the topic of "Cardiac arrest due to trauma and its solution in prehospital emergency care". The theoretical part is divided into 5 main chapters. The first chapter is focused on the anatomy of the heart and the bloodstream. The second chapter focuses on the subject of cardiac arrest and shows the differences between BLS and ALS resuscitation. The third chapter looks into the topic of trauma as a whole. It contains different types of injury and types of traumatic shock. The fourth chapter focuses on the solution of traumatic cardiac arrest, diagnosis and therapy of reversible causes. The fifth chapter shows the equipment of emergency care providers vehicles. The practical part describes the incidence of traumatic cardiac arrest, methods and competences of paramedics. Data is collected from an analysis of respondents experiences and answers. The results are obtained from seven different emergency medical services and are therefore presented here.en
