dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá lidskými právy v zahraniční politice České republiky se zaměřením na časové období po roce 2015. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, kdo je tvůrcem lidskoprávní politiky a vysvětlit chování státu v této oblasti. Daného cíle bylo dosaženo pomocí analýzy, která byla sestavena speciální kombinací kritérii dle amerického politologa A.G.Mowera, rozšířené Š. Zemanovou. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První z nich představuje koncept lidských práv a metodologii, která je následně použita v empirické části. V druhé části práce bylo postupováni dle kritérií: důvod, priority, definice, nástroje, cíle,záběr, postoje, aktéři, typologie. Z provedené analýzy vyplynuly silné a slabé stránky lidskoprávní politiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with human rights in the foreign policy of the Czech Republic with a focus on the period after 2015. The main goal of the thesis was to find out who is the creator of human rights policy and explain the behaviour of the state in this area. The given goal was achieved by means of an analysis, which was compiled by a special combination of criterion according to the American political scientist A. G. Mower, extended by Š. Zemanová. The work is divided into two parts. The first of them presents the concept of human rights and methodology, which is used in the empirical part. In the second - empirical part of the work, the criterions were followed: reason, priorities, definitions, tools, goals, scope, attitudes, player, typology. The analysis revealed the strengths and weaknesses of human rights policy.en
