dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o právních formách perzekuce v období Protektorátu Čechy a Morava. Tato je členěna, vyjma úvodu a závěru, do sedmi kapitol na sebe logicky navazujících. Autor na začátku práce rozebírá samotný protiprávní vznik Protektorátu a upozorňuje na významné právní nedostatky výnosu vůdce a říšského kancléře č. 75/1939 Sb. Následně se již zaměřuje na členění protektorátních orgánů a především na trestní právo v tomto období platné. K meritu věci, tedy podrobnému vylíčení jednotlivých právních opatření, se autor dostává v kapitole čtvrté a následující.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the legal forms of persecution in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Apart from the introduction and conclusion, it is broken down into seven chapters, which are logically related. At the beginning of the thesis the author discusses the unlawful establishment of the Protectorate and highlights the significant legal deficiencies of protectorate imperial rules of leader and Chancellor of the Reich No. 75/1939 Coll. Subsequently he already focused on the structure of the Protectorate authorities and especially the criminal law in force in that period. The author gets to the core in the fourth chapter and further on, where he provides a description of the various legal actionsen
