dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou fyzioterapie v lázeňské léčbě ischemické choroby dolních končetin. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie cév dolních končetin, ischemická choroba dolních končetin včetně diagnostiky a léčby. V další části je objasněna lázeňská a pohybová léčba toho onemocnění. Praktická část obsahuje celkem 6 kazuistik zpracovaných formou kvalitativního šetření. Je zde sledována lázeňská léčebně-rehabilitační péče šesti pacientů s ischemickou chorobou dolních končetin v rozmezí 2-3 týdnů. Mezi respondenty jsou dvě ženy a čtyři muži ve věku od 68 až 83 let. Vstupní a výstupní data byla mezi sebou porovnána a vyhodnocována. Klaudikační interval byl mezi respondenty zvýšen nejméně o 2 metry a nejvíce o 12 metrů. U pacientů byla tělesná hmotnost po absolvované lázeňské léčbě snížena o 2-4 kg, u jednoho pacienta zůstala hmotnost neměnná.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the role of physiotherapy in the spa treatment of peripheral arterial disease of the lower extremities. The thesis contains a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the anatomy of the blood vessels of the lower limbs, peripheral arterial disease including diagnosis and treatment. In the next part, the spa and physical treatment of the disease. The practical part contains a total of 6 case studies processed in the form of a qualitative investigation. The spa treatment-rehabilitation care of six pati-ents with peripheral arterial disease is observed here. Among the respondents are two women and four men aged between 68 and 83 years. Input and output data were compared and evaluated. The claudication interval was increased by a minimum of 2 meters and a maximum of 12 meters among the respondents. In patients, the body weight was reduced by 2-4 kg after the spa treatment, in one patient the weight remained unchanged.en
