dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá významným faktorem pracovního prostředí, který ovlivňuje zdraví pracovníků a je jedním z faktorů způsobující nemoci z povolání. Tímto faktorem je fyzická zátěž. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku fyzické zátěže, manipulace s břemeny a pracovních poloh. Zabývá se způsoby měření, hodnocení a kategorizací jednotlivých faktorů. Dále čtenáře seznamuje s hygienickými limity a se zdravotními důsledky, které hrozí při expozici těmto faktorům. U každého rizikového faktoru jsou popsány možnosti ochrany zdraví při práci. V praktické části jsme pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťovaly rizikové faktory - pracovní polohy, manipulace s těžkými břemeny a fyzickou zátěž, na konkrétním pracovišti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis deals with an important factor in the work environment, which affects the health of workers and is one of the factors causing occupational diseases. This factor is physical work. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of physical work, handling with load and working positions. It deals with the methods of measurement, evaluation and categorization of individual factors. Furthermore acquaints readers with hygienic limits and the health consequences that can result from exposure to these factors. For each risk factor describes the options for health protection at work. In the practical part, I am using a questionnaire survey examined risk factors - working position, handling heavy loads and physical work, at a particular workplace.en
