dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá komplexní ošetřovatelskou péčí o nemocného po transplantaci jater. V teoretické části popisujeme stručnou anatomii a fyziologii jater. Dále se zabýváme transplantací orgánů a tkání obecně. Definujeme pojem transplantace jater, zaměřily jsme se historii transplantace jater, indikace a kontraindikace transplantace jater, operace dárce a příjemce, možné komplikace a imunosupresivní terapii. Na závěr teoretické části se věnujeme ošetřovatelské péči o nemocné po transplantaci jater a správnou životosprávou. V praktické části se zabýváme kazuistikou nemocného po transplantaci jater a sestavením vhodného ošetřovatelského a edukačního plánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with a coplex nursing care about a patient after the liver transplantation.In the theoretical part of the paper, the anatomy and physiology of liver is briefly described. Further the transplantation of liver and transplantation generally is followed up. The term transplantation is defined, the history of liver transplantation, indication and contraindication of this transplantation, operation of a donor and a recipient, possible complications and immunosuppressive therapy is depicted. At the end of the theoretical part of the thesis the nursing care about patients after liver trantransplantation and afterwards the appropriate diet is pursued. In the practical part of the thesis, the casuistry of a patient is pursued and a suitable nursing and education plan is established.en
