Martina Šellingová Počet stran: číslované 44, nečíslované 25 Počet příloh: 13 Počet použitých titulů: 25 SOUHRN Bakalářská práce se věnuje kvalitě života dětí s bolestmi hlavy, které jsou nejčastější bolestí vyskytující se v dětském věku a přecházející až do dospělosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici bolesti, její charakteristiku, klasifikaci, historii. Dále se zabývá specifickou dětskou bolestí jako onemocněním, diferenciální diagnostikou, ošetřovatelskou péčí a možnostmi léčby. Nejsou opomíjeny ani psychoterapeutické přístupy. Praktická část popisuje jak dětští respondenti a jejich rodiče hodnotí kvalitu života v různých oblastech a jak se jejich hodnocení mohou i lišit. K tomuto účelu byl proveden výzkum pomocí dotazníků zaměřený na bolest hlavy u dětí.	cs

Martina Šelingová Number of pages: 44, unnumbered pages 25 Number of appendices: 13 Number of literature items used: 25 SUMMARY Bachelor paper deals with the quality of life of children having headaches, which are the most frequent pains that appear in the childhood and that turn up to adulthood. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on definition of the pain, its characteristics, classification and history. Further, this part of the thesis is engaged with the specific child´s pain, such as illness, differential diagnostics, nursing care and possibilities of the headache treatment. Neither the psychotherapeutic approaches are neglected. Practical part of the thesis describes how child respondents and their parents evaluate the quality of life in different areas and how their evaluations can differ. For this purpose, the research using questionnaires concentrating on the children headache was carried out.	en
