dc.description.abstractTéma mé bakalářské práce je "Specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou podstupující biologickou léčbu." První teoretická část je zaměřena na Crohnovu chorobu, její charakteristiku, příčiny, příznaky, diagnostiku a terapii. Druhá část je věnována biologické léčbě. V poslední části teoretického celku jsou specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou. Cílem empirické části je analýza rolí, činností a kompetencí sestry při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou podstupující biologickou léčbu prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Data jsou získána na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se šesti všeobecnými sestrami pracujícími v centru biologické léčby. Na základě provedených rozhovorů vyplývá potřeba neustálé spolupráce a komunikace s pacientem. Toto onemocnění není vyléčitelné a proto pravidelnost aplikace biologické léčby a dalšího vzdělávání sester v tomto oboru jsou nedílnou součástí úspěšné léčby s touto nemocí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe title of thesis is specifics of nursing work with patients who have Crohn's disease with biological treatment. The first theoretical part focuses on Crohn's disease, characteristics, causes, symptoms, diagnosis and therapy. The second part is devoted to biological treatment. The last part of the theoretical unit contains the specifics of nursing care for patients with Crohn's disease. The aim of the empirical part is to analyse the roles, activities and competences of the nurse in the provision of nursing care for patients with Crohn's disease undergoing biological treatment through a qualitative research study. The data obtained on the basis of semi-structured interviews with six general nurses working in a biological treatment centre. Based on the conducted interviews, the need of constant cooperation and communication with the patient is necessary. This disease is not curable and therefore the regular application of biological treatment and further nurses training in this field are an treatment part of the successful fight against this disease.en
