| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje sledováním a hodnocením účinků myofasciálních technik v oblasti hrudníku u pacientů, kteří trpí astma bronchiale. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je sepsána anatomie dýchacích cest s větším zaměřením na průdušky, jakožto orgánu, kterého se onemocnění nejvíce týká. Dále je zde popis samotného astma bronchiale, především jak ovlivňuje dechový stereotyp a posturální nastavení nemocného. Jsou i popsány jednotlivé myofasciální tkáně a jejich patologické změny projevující se jako důsledek dlouhodobého působení nemoci. A samozřejmostí je i popis rehabilitace a především terapie, která byla prováděna u probandů. Praktická část je zaměřena na sledování změn těchto měkkých tkání po aplikaci série deseti terapií myofasciálních technik v oblasti hrudníku, které zahrnují klasické manuální terapie a terapie pomocí míčkování. Převážně jaké účinky mají na hybnost hrudního koše v mesosternální a xiphosternální části při dechovém stereotypu. Dále je zaměřeno na postavení hrudníku, které bývá u pacientů s astma bronchiale inspirační. Jsou zde i porovnávány jednotlivé účinky po aplikování manuálních terapií a terapií pomocí míčkování. Všechny výsledky vytvořených hypotéz jsou zpracovány do tabulek, grafů a jsou okomentovány. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with monitoring the effects of myofascial therapy in the chest area of patinets who suffer with bronchial asthma. It is devided into the theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part, there is a description of anatomy of pulmonal system with the focus on the bronchial system. The organ which suffers the most with this desease. Then you can find here a description of the bronchial asthma itself, predominantly how it changes the breathing stereotype and the posture of patiens. There are also descripted individual myofascial tissues and their pathological changes manifesting as a consequence of long time effects of the desease. And of course there is a description of pulmonal rehabilitation, mainly the therapies which were used of the probands. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis deals with monitoring the changes of the myofascial tissues after application of a series of ten myofascial therapies in the chest area, which include classic manual therapy and the therapy with a foam balls, called míčkování. Mainly what effects they have on mobility of the chest in mesosternal and xiphosternal part in a breathing stereotype. There is also the focus on a chest position which is often in the inhale position. In this part there are aslo comparisons of the individual effects of manual myofascial therapy in the chest area and the therapy which used a foam balls. All results of the hypothesis are processed into the tables, graphs and tehy are commented. | en |
