dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou a její aplikací na konkrétní podnik. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení finanční situace konkrétního podniku během let 2013-2017. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje účetní výkazy, metody a ukazatele, které jsou ve finanční analýze používány a které jsou v praktické části aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. Součástí práce je také příprava investičního plánu v podobě nákupu stroje s cílem zvýšit tržby podniku na základě většího množství prodaných výrobků. Na závěr této diplomové práce je zhodnocena ekonomická efektivnost dané investice, celková finanční situace podniku a představeny návrhy na zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Diploma thesis deals with the financial analysis and its application to the chosen company. The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of the financial situation of this company during the years 2013-2017. The work consists of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the financial statements, method and indicators of financial analysis that are applied on the chosen company in the practical part of this thesis. In conclusion of this thesis the results of the financial analysis are evaluated. In addition, there are suggestions for improvement. The thesis also includes a preparation of investment plan in a form of machine purchase with a goal to increase the enterprise revenue based on a higher sales volume. At the end of the thesis there is an economic efficiency of this investment evaluated as well as an overall financial situation of company and suggestions for improvement are proposed.en
