dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje ochraně spotřebitele v právu EU, autor v jejím obsahu poskytuje čtenáři formulaci základních pojmů, vývoj ochrany spotřebitele, popis relevantních pramenů práva, které ovlivnili ochranu práv spotřebitele v EU atd. Hlavní kapitola nazvaná spotřebitelské smlouvy potom obsahuje různé druhy spotřebitelských smluv, zavádějící, nekalé a nevhodné jednání, které není při uzavírání těchto smluv povoleno nebo příslušnost soudů k řešení sporů vyplývajících ze spotřebitelských smluv. Následně autor v textu práce zmiňuje také orgány a organizace přispívající k ochraně spotřebitele. Práce je zakončena krátkou revizí platné právní úpravy této oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy diploma thesis deals with consumer protection in EU law, author provides the reader with the formulation of basic terms, development of consumer protection, description of relevant sources of law that have affected the protection of consumer rights in the EU, etc. The main chapter entitled consumer contracts then contains various types of consumer contracts, misleading , unfair and inappropriate conducts which are not permitted when concluding these contracts. Chapter also consists of jurisdiction of the courts when solving disputes arising from consumer contracts. Subsequently, the author also mentions autorities and organizations contributing to consumer protection in the text of the thesis. The work ends with a brief revision of the current legislation in this area.en
