| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá charakterem městské zástavby a jejím vývojem na území starověkého Egypta v časovém rozmezí od Staré až do Nové říše, tedy období přibližně 2700-1069 př. n. l. Společnost staroegyptského státu totiž v těchto historických obdobích byla utvářena podle podobných schémat, kterým se podřizovaly i její jednotlivé složky, např. i koncepty urbanistického rozvoje. Toto dlouhé časové období bylo zvoleno z důvodu reprezentativnosti archeologických pramenů a současného stavu bádání v oblasti staroegyptské sídelní archeologie. Práce se zaměřuje na hledání dlouhodobých urbánních trendů, jež lze na staroegyptských sídlištích městského charakteru v daném období pozorovat. Sleduje rozdíly mezi uměle založenými a genericky se rozvíjejícími městy na straně jedné, na straně druhé mezi sídlišti centrálního charakteru a specializovanými sídlišti, např. královskými doménami, sídlišti spravovanými centrální administrativou apod. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma work is focused on character and development of urban fabric in 4th-2nd millenium BCE, particularly 2700-1069 BCE, in the area of ancient Egypt. In these historical periods ancient Egyptian society was formed by similar schemes. Individual segments of this development, such as concepts of urban development, submited to them. This long period of time was chosen because of presentability of archaeological sources and because of current status of research in sphere of ancient Egyptian settlement archaeology. The work is focused on searching for long-term urban trends, which can be observed in ancient egyptian urban settlements in that time. On the one hand there are observed differences between the strictly planned settlement and the gradually developed towns, on the other hand between central settlements and specialized settlements such as royal domains, central administrated settlements etc. | en |
