dc.description.abstractMigrace prochází celou lidskou historií a neexistuje jedna teorie, která by ji dokázala vystihnout. Mnoho teorií se ji pokoušelo definovat, ale žádná neuspěla. K pochopení příčin a důsledků migrace musíme využít vícero perspektiv. Jedním ze specifických případů je migrace v jihovýchodní Asii. Migrace v rámci regionu v posledních letech ostře akcelerovala. V regionu lze rozlišit tři skupiny států. První skupinu tvoří převážně cílové destinace jako Singapur a Brunej. Druhá skupina zastupuje převážně emigrační státy jako Filipíny, Indonésie, Laos, Vietnam, Kambodža a Myanmar. Poslední skupinu tvoří státy s podílem emigrace i imigrace. Tedy Thajsko a Malajsie. Migranti cestují do bohatších států, aby tam vykonávali tzv. 3 D práce. Specifickým trendem je feminizace migrace v Asii. Ženy zde začaly převažovat v migraci. Pracují povětšinou jako hospodyně nebo zdravotní sestry v Singapuru, Bruneji nebo Malajsii. Na kontinentě zaznamenáváme nelegální migraci a obchod s lidmi. Pokračování migrace zajistí demografická výzva, které některé státy čelícs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMigration has occurred all over the human history. There is not one and only definition or classification of migration. Many theories provide explanation of reasons of migration or its consequences. But any of them cannot give us a full explanation. We have to use more than one perspective to understand it. Migration in Southeast Asia is a specific case. The intraregional migration accelerates in past decades. We can distinguish there three groups of states. The first one consists of predominantly destination states as Singapore or Brunei. The second one consists of emigration countries as Philippines, Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia. The last group consists of Thailand and Malaysia which are sending countries as well as destinations. Migrants travel to richer countries. Where they do 3D jobs. A special trend we can find in Asia. The feminization of migration accelerates and women become the main force in contemporary migration. They work predominantly as domestic workers or nurses in Singapore, Brunei or Malaysia. In mainland we can see an irregular migration and human trafficking. Migration will continue due to a demographic challenge in wealthy countries.en
