dc.description.abstractV mé diplomové práci ze zabývám problematikou bezdomovectví v komunální politice města Plzně v období 2010-2014. V plzeňském případě lze vysledovat velké množství aktérů, kteří se o tuto problematiku zajímají. Cílem mé práce je zjistit, jakými způsoby je problematika bezdomovectví nastolována v komunální politice města Plzně, jak jsou symboly asociované s bezdomovectvím instrumentálně využívány v lokálním politickém diskurzu a jaké hlavní strategie jsou vůči tomuto segmentu populace preferovány. Teoretická část práce vychází z děl Pierra Bourdieho, který používá metaforu pravé a levé ruky státu - tedy represivní a ochranářské; a Loica Wacquanta, který přichází s teorií neoliberální transformace vyznačující se příklonem k represi a trestání banálních přestupků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my thesis I deal with the issue of homelessness in the local politics of Pilsen in 2010-2014. Pilsen in the case can be seen a large number of actors who are interested in the issue. The goal of my work is to find ways in which the issue of homelessness is solved in municipal politics of the city of Pilsen, what symbols associated with homelessness are instrumentally used in local political discourse and what are the main strategies to this segment of the population preferred. The theoretical part is based on the works of Pierre Bourdieu, who uses the metaphor of the right and left hand of the state -repressive and social; Loic Wacquant and that comes with the theory of neo-liberal transformation characterized by tendency to repress and punish petty crime.en
