| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na provedení auditu pohledávek. Teoretická část práce se zabývá definicí pojmů související s auditem pohledávek. Vymezuje, kdo je auditor, auditorská společnost, kdo je povinen mít účetní závěrku ověřenou auditorem. Dále popisuje vznik a orgány Komory auditorů České republiky. Další kapitola se zabývá auditorskými postupy, kde je podrobněji vymezeno auditorské riziko, hladina významnosti, výběr vzorku a výrok, který vydává auditor na závěr svého auditu. Pohledávky, daňová a účetní problematika pohledávek představují další samostatné kapitoly práce, kde jsou blíže specifikovány oblasti řízení, zajištění a příslušenství pohledávek, opravné položky a odpis pohledávek. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části je zaměřena na samotný audit pohledávek. V praktické části práce je charakterizovaná společnost, ve které je prováděn audit pohledávek. Další kapitoly práce se zabývají analýzou finančních výkazů společnosti a podrobnou analýzou pohledávek. Na závěr práce jsou shrnuty případná zjištění, která vyplynula z provedeného auditu pohledávek a stanovena doporučení pro společnost. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented dissertation is focused on the audit of claims. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms related to the audit of claims. It defines who is auditor, what is an audit firm, who is obliged to have the financial statements audited. Further it describes the establishment of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic and its bodies. The following chapter deals with audit procedures, there is more specifically defined an audit risk, a significance level, sample selection and a statement issued by the auditor at the conclusion of the audit. Claims, tax and accounting issues related to claims represent further chapters of the dissertation. Spheres of management, reinsurance and accessories of claims, adjustments and write-off of claims are more closely specified there. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the very audit of claims. In the practical part of the dissertation there is characterization of the company in which the audit of claims is conducted. Other chapters of the dissertation deal with the analysis of financial statements of the company and the detailed analysis of claims. The conclusion summarizes eventual findings resulting from the audit of claims and based on the findings recommendations are specified for the company. | en |
