Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky  odborné literatury z oblasti anatomie, fyziologie a psychologie a výsledky výzkumů a studií, které se vztahují k tématům zkoumaným v této práci. Praktická část analyzuje kojení v České republice a faktory, které kojení ovlivňují.cs
