| dc.description.abstract | V roce 2017 poradni vedecky organ EASAC (Science Advice for the Benefit of Europe) vydal na zaklade revize vice jak 110 studii, ze homeopatie nema prokazatelne lecebne vysledky a ucinkuje jen jako placebo efekt. Tato zprava vsak neni prijimana jednoznacne a cela rada lekaru homeopatii navzdory revizi homeopatie ze strany EASAC systematicky vyuziva ve sve medicinske praxi. Jak je mozne, ze soucasna spolecnost trvajici na principech moderni doby, v niz vedecky dukaz ma sehravat klicovou roli, vyuziva techniky a postupy, ktere jsou z perspektivy tohoto moderniho principu charakterizovane jako nevhodne ci nevedecke? Cilem prace je zprostredkovat zpusoby vyuzivani homeopatie v lekarske praxi. V tomto smeru bude pro praci klicove zodpovezeni predevsim nasledujicich otazek: 1. Co motivuje lekare k vyuzivani homeopatie; 2. jake strategie lekar voli pri vyberu konkretnich homeopatik; a 3. jak a zda dochazi k promene konceptu nemoci v perspektive homeopaticke praxe. Prace bude zalozena na polo-strukturovanych rozhovorech s lekari a jejich pacienty vyuzivajici homeopatii jako integralni soucast jejich klinicke praxe. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In 2017 advisory scientific organ EASAC(Science Advice for the Benefit of Europe) issued the report based on a revision of more than 110 studies that homeopathy does not have verifiable curative results and acts as a placebo effect. This report is not accepted unambiguously and a lot of physicians use homeopathy systematically in their medicine practice despite the revision of homeopathy from the part of EASAC. How is it possible that nowadays society following principles of modern time in which scientific evidence should play a key role uses methods and procedures which are from the point of view of this modern principle characterized as inappropriate or unscientific? The aim of this work is to get over ways of using of homeopathy in medicine practice. From this point of view they are key answers to the following questions: 1. What motivates physicians for using of homeopathy;2. What strategies does a physician use at a choice of specific homeopathics; and 3. How and whether does the concept of disease change in perspective of homeopathical practice. The work is based on semi-structured interviews with physicians and their patients using homeopathy as an integral part of their clinical practice. | en |
