dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce "Financování zařízení sociálních služeb" je zaměřena na rozbor a analýzu financování zařízení sociálních služeb, konkrétně domova pro seniory a domova se zvláštním režimem. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů jako proces transformace sociálních služeb, sociální reforma, formy sociálních služeb, podmínky poskytování sociálních služeb, poskytovatel sociálních služeb a zdroji financování sociálních služeb. V praktické části je představena organizace Centrum sociálních služeb Tachov, příspěvková organizace a zařízení sociálních služeb Domov pro seniory Kurojedy, Domov pro seniory Panenská, Domov seniorů Panorama se službou domov pro seniory a domov se zvláštním režimem. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení vývoje financování vybrané organizace poskytující pobytové sociální služby, službu domov pro seniory a domov se zvláštním režimem a doporučení v oblasti financování organizace. Byl analyzován způsob financování organizace a vývoj financování v letech 20132016. Po vymezení ekonomických problémů byla provedena analýza úhrad za ubytování a v závěru navrhnuta doporučení ke zvýšení efektivnosti financování pobytové sociální služby.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis "Financing Social Services Facilities" focuses on the analysis of the financing of social services facilities, namely home for the elderly and home with a special regime. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts as the process of transformation of social services, social reform, forms of social services, conditions of provision of social services, providers of social services and sources of financing of social services. The practical part introduces the organization Social Services Center Tachov, Social Services and Social Services Facilities for the Home for Kurojedy, Home for the Elderly Panenská, Seniors' Home Panorama with Home and Seniors Home. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the development of financing of the selected organization providing residential social services, the home service for the elderly and the home with a special regime, and recommendations on the financing of the organization. The method of financing the organization and the development of financing in the years 2013-2016 was analysed. After defining the economic problems, an analysis of payments for accommodation was made and, finally, recommendations were proposed to increase the efficiency of the financing of the residential social service.en
