dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je vnitrostranická demokracie v českých politických stranách . V teoretické části je vymezen pojem vnitrostranické demokracie, přestaven analytický rámec politologů R.Y. Hazana a G. Rahata pro výběr kandidátů a teoretická východiska pro analýzu dalších oblastí, v nichž bude vnitrostranická demokracie analyzována volební sjezdy (výběr předsedy strany a výběr delegátů sjezdu) a členství. Druhá kapitola je analytická a zkoumá výše uvedené u českých politických stran, které získaly parlamentní zastoupení v roce 2013. Cílem práce je zjistit stav vnitrostranické demokracie v českých politických stranách a případné rozdíly mezi nimi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this dissertation is the intra-party democracy in the Czech political parties. The theoretical part defines the concept of intra-party democracy and introduces the analytical framework of the political scientists R. Y. Hazan and G. Rahat for candidate selection and theoretical bases for analysis of other domains where the intra-party democracy will be analysed election conventions (election of the party leader and selection of the convention delegates) and membership. The Second chapter is analytical and deals with the topics mentioned above in the Czech political parties which won their representation in the Parliament in 2013. The dissertation's aim is to determine the state/amount of the intra-party democracy in Czech political parties and possible differences among them.en
