dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá stářím a negativním dopadem stáří. Hodnotí vliv rodiny v péči o seniora v domácím prostředí, vztahy v rodině a celkový postoj ke starému člověku. Velkou část tvoří problematika EAN, kde jsou popisovány různé druhy zneužívání, zanedbávání a týrání seniora v domácím prostředí. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění úrovně znalostí, přístupů, komunikace a prevence EAN u sester v domácí péči a vytvoření letáku pro sestry pracující v agenturách domácí péče.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the age the negative effect of age. Evaluates the influence of family in seniors care in home environment, family relationships and an overall attitude and behaviour towards an old person. Great part is composed by the issue of EAN, in which are described various types of abuse, neglecting and torturing of seniors in thein home environment. The parctical part of the thesis is focused in determining the knowledge level, approach, communication and prevention of EAN in nurses working in home care and the production of leaflets for nurses that are employeed in agencies that cover the needs of home care.en
