dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta po transplantaci kostní dřeně. Mapuje celý průběh hospitalizace, tedy i několikadenní předtransplantační přípravný režim. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část informuje o transplantacích kostní dřeně obecně. Vysvětluje, jakým způsobem lze odebrat hematopoetické kmenové buňky, v čem tkví HLA kompatibilita a jaké další faktory hrají roli při výběru vhodného dárce. Zabývá se onemocněními, pro která je transplantace kostní dřeně léčebnou možností, popisuje přípravné režimy před transplantací kostní dřeně, specifika péče o pacienta na transplantační jednotce a věnuje se akutní a chronické nemoci štěpu proti hostiteli. V praktické části je možné sledovat proces transplantace kostní dřeně u dvou pacientů v denních záznamech. Formou kazuistik je popsána ošetřovatelská péče a pacientům jsou přiřazeny ošetřovatelské diagnózy s návrhem intervencí, které sestra provádí. Práce upozorňuje na rizikové oblasti a vytyčuje potenciální ošetřovatelské diagnózy u pacientů podstupujících léčbu transplantací kostní dřeně.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on post bone marrow transplant management. It maps out the course of hospitalization so the conditioning therapy which passes of a few days before bone marrow transplantation. This thesis is divided into the theory and the part of research. Theory refers about bone marrow transplantation in general, explains how to obtain hematopoetic stem cells, what HLA compatibility is and which other factors effect the best possible choice of donor. It describes illnesses which are indicated for bone marrow transplantation as an option of treatment, it describes conditioning therapy, specifics of nursing care in transplant unit; it deals with acute and chronic form of graft versus host disease. In the research part it is meant to observe process of bone marrow transplantation in two patients' cases in daily records. Nursing care during hospitalization is described in a form of case study. Patients are matched with their nursing diagnosis and nursing interventions are suggested. The aim of the thesis is to point out the risk areas and identify potential nurses' diagnosis for patients who undergo bone marrow transplantation.en
