dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je rozdělená na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá lymfedémem, jeho diagnostikou a možností rehabilitace. Velmi podrobně je popsána diagnostika lymfedému a dekongestivní terapie sekundárního lymfedému. Také je zde zmíněna teorie karcinomu prsu. Praktická část je zpracována na základě vytvořeného formuláře, kterým byly hodnocené pacientky na ambulantním zařízení. Získané výsledky jsou zpracovány graficky a okomentovány. Výsledky jsou poté v diskuzi porovnány se zahraničními studiemi. Nedílnou součástí práce jsou kazuistiky pacientek, kde je vidět úspěšnost dekongestivní terapie. Pro potřebu práce byla vypracována cvičební jednotka, která obsahuje lymfatické a dechové cviky a dále informační brožura pro nové i stávající pacientky s lymfedémem, ve které se dozví veškeré potřebné informace o svém onemocnění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with lymphoedema, how to diagnose it and the possibility of rehabilitation. The main part of the thesis describes the diagnosis of lymphedema and the decongestive therapy of secondary lymphedema. The theory of breast cancer is also mentioned here. The practical part of the thesis is written on the basis of a created survey. This survey was used to assess patients with secondary lymphoedema. The obtained results are represented in charts, which are accompanied by descriptions. The results are also discussed and compared with other world studies. This thesis contains case histories of two patients, which show the success of physiotherapy. At the end a training plan was prepared specializing in lymphatic and breathing exercises. Also, an information booklet was conceived for new and still diseased patients. This booklet informs about secondary lymphoedema.en
