dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce má za cíl popsat vliv a zahraniční politiku Velké Británie na Blízkém východě. V prvé řadě práce popisuje vývoj po první světové válce až do konce druhé světové války. V druhé řadě práce nabízí pohled na vznik britského sociálního státu, který měl důsledky na pozdější osamostatnění britského mandátu Palestina, z něhož později vystoupil na světlo nový stát Izrael. V poslední části se práce věnuje zhoršení vztahů mezi Velkou Británií a Egyptem a následně práce popisuje cestu k Suezské krizi. Tato práce je tematicky do tří kapitol, které se zabývají vlivem Velké Británie na Blízkém východě. Pro lepší orientaci je práce psána chronologicky a jsou zde zdůrazněny významné události, které měli vliv na britské království a jeho zahraniční politiku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis aims to describe the influence of a foreign policy of Great Britain in the Middle East. Firstly, the thesis describes the development after World War I until the end of World War II. Secondly, the work offers insight into the formation of the British welfare state, which had implications for the future independence of the British Mandate of Palestine, from which later came to light new nation of Israel. The last part deals with the deterioration of relations between Great Britain and Egypt and then work describes the way to the Suez crisis. This work is thematically into three chapters that deal with the influence of Great Britain in the Middle East. For better orientation, the work is written in chronological order and are highlighted significant events that have had an impact on the British Empire and its foreign policy.en
