dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku kontinuálních eliminačních metod na jednotkách intenzivní péče ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je na podkladě získaných a analyzovaných dat sestavit návrh standardu při zajišťování náhrady funkce ledvin na jednotkách intenzivní péče ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni, u pacientů, kteří jsou v kritickém stavu a jediným východiskem je právě kontinuální očišťovací metoda. Zjištěné informace jsou publikovány v odborném časopise. Obsahem teoretické části je popis renálního selhání, mimotělních eliminačních metod a úlohy a kompetence sester v intenzivní péči. Praktická část se soustřeďuje na metodologii výzkumného šetření, organizaci a analýzu šetření a prezentaci včetně interpretace získaných výsledků. Výstupem diplomové práce je standart ošetřovatelské péče a doplňujícím výstupem je článek v odborném časopise, kde jsou publikovány získané informace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis final thesis is focused on the problem of continuous elimination methods in the intesive care units in the University Hospital in Pilsen. The main aim of this thesis is a preparation of a proposal of a standard for providing the replacement of kidney function in the intensive care units of the hospital mentioned above. The patients who need the replacement of kidney function are in critical condition and the only solution for them is the continuous elimination method. The theoretical part is dedicated to the description of renal failure, extracorporeal elimination methods and the role and competence of nurses in intensive care. The practical part deals with the methodology of the research survey, organization and analysis of the survey. The results are interpreted and presented in this part of the thesis, too. The proposal of the standard is based on the data, which were gathered and analysed. The results will be published in medical journals.en
