dc.description.abstractV teoretické části této bakalářské práce se dozvíte základní pojmy ohledně parazitismu a parazitologie. Následně si můžete přečíst popis a stručný postup různých koprologických metod spolu s charakteristikou nejběžnějších střevních parazitů u nás dle SZÚ. V praktické části pak popisuji mnou provedené postupy, které potvrdily účinnost Flotační metody dle Fausta, smysluplnost zařazení tlustého nátěru dle Kato mezi referenční metody a potenciál ne tak často prováděných metod, jako je Füllebornova metoda nebo Sheatherova metoda. Dále, jako vedlejší produkt svého výzkumu, uvádím ne příliš podrobné informace o četnosti odčervování mazlíčků mezi majiteli zvířat.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis you will learn the basic concepts of parasitism and parasitology. Then you can read the description and brief procedure of different coprological methods together with the characteristics of the most common intestinal parasites in our country according to the National Institute of Intestinal Health. In the practical part, I then describe the procedures performed by me, which confirmed the efficiency of the Faust's flotation method, the meaningfulness of including the Kato ThickSmear Technique among the reference methods and the potential of not so frequently performed methods such as the Fülleborn's method or the Sheather's method. Furthermore, as a byproduct of my research, I present not very detailed information on the frequency of deworming of pets among pet owners.en
