dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá podnikatelskými aktivitami právnických osob neziskového sektoru, tedy přímým a nepřímým podnikáním a jinými výdělečnými činnostmi neziskových organizací. Klade si za úkol stanovit právně-teoretický rámec pro podnikatelské aktivity neziskových organizací a podrobněji rozebrat specifika dané problematiky u spolků, nadací, nadačních fondů, ústavů a obecně prospěšných společností. Jejím záměrem je dále srovnat českou právní úpravu s úpravou zejména spolků a nadací platnou ve Spolkové republice Německo s cílem najít shodné body, odlišnosti a detekovat problematické aspekty daných úprav.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the entrepreneur activities of legal entities in the nonprofit sector, meaning direct and indirect business and other income-generating activities of nonprofit organisations. The aim is to set up a legal theoretical framework for the entrepreneur activities of nonprofit organisations and to discuss the specifics of the issue in associations, foundations, foundation funds, institutes and public benefit companies. Another goal is to compare the Czech legal regulation with the one valid in the Federal Republic of Germany in order to find similarities and differences and to detect problematic aspects of those legal regulations.en
