| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku kvality života klientů léčených hemodialýzou, peritoneální dialýzou i klientů po transplantaci ledviny. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretický celek se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií ledvin, jejich selháním, charakteristikou a přiblížením problematiky metod náhrady funkce ledvin, mezi které patří hemodialýza, peritoneální dialýza a transplantace ledviny. Práce se rovněž zabývá pojmem kvality života a jeho specifickým dopadem u konkrétních metod nahrazující funkci ledvin. V závěru teoretického celku je obrácena pozornost na pojem edukace u jednotlivých klientů využívajících danou metodu nahrazující funkci ledvin. V praktické části jsou zpracovány a analyzovány výsledky získané kvantitativním výzkumem za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Dotazováni byli jak hemodialyzovaní klienti, tak klienti s peritoneální dialýzou i klienti po transplantaci ledviny. Statisticky zpracovaná data poskytují subjektivní náhled na rozdílnost kvality života dialyzovaných a transplantovaných klientů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The focus of this thesis is to show what changes and problems of a life quality must be faced by the patiens who are threated through the hemodialysis, the peritoneal dialysis and those after the kidney transplantation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theory refers to kidney anatomy, physiology, and renal failure. It also introduces the character and explains the complications related to methods of kidney function replacement among which are the hemodialysis, the peritoneal dialysis, and the kidney transplantation. The thesis also describes the quality of life and its specific impacts through particular method of kidney function replacement. The end of the theoretical part of this thesis pays attention to an educational concept of an individual patient using the specific method of the kidney function replacement. In the practical part of this thesis there are results of a quantitative research analysed through a questionaire survey. There were questioned a large number of clients of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and clients with the transplanted kidney. The statistically processed data provide subjective perspective of differences between the life quality of both the patients with dialysis and those patients with transplanted kidney. | en |
