dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá českým zahraničněpolitickým procesem, agendou-setting a aktéry, kteří ovlivňují tvorbu a výkon české zahraniční politiky. Práce je koncipovaná do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a představuje vývoj výzkumů teorie agenda-setting, koncepci a jednotlivé segmenty této teorie, se kterými dále pracuje druhá část. V první části je také představen proces české zahraniční politiky a jeho struktura. Součástí této části práce je také vymezení pravomocí aktérů české zahraniční politiky - konkrétně Vlády ČR, Parlamentu ČR a prezidenta České republiky. Druhá část je jednopřípadovou studií analyzující vstup České republiky do bezpečnostních struktur Severoatlantické aliance v procesu agenda-setting. Tato část práce je nástinem role Vlády ČR a prezidenta ČR v tomto procesu. Zaměřuje se také na roli jednotlivých segmentů teorie agenda-setting v tomto procesu. Cílem předkládané práce je určit, který ze segmentů agenda-setting nastolil agendu vstupu České republiky do NATO a který z těchto segmentů měl na konečném vstupu do NATO největší vliv.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis named Czech Foreign Policy Process ? Agenda-setting and Actors involved in the Creation and Performance of the Czech Foreign Policy is a one case study of an admission of the Czech Republic to the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation in 1999. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on the theory of agenda-setting, its development and conception. Agenda-setting consists of three segments: media agenda, public agenda and policy agenda. Due to the specialization of the topic, the main emphasis is on policy agenda. The first part also contains an analysis of the Czech foreign policy process, which describes its structure. The second part concentrates on the admission of the Czech Republic to NATO. It describes a process to the admission and explains the function and influence of the Czech government representatives and the role of agenda-setting in Czech political process. The purpose of the thesis is to answer a research question: which segment of agenda-setting influenced the admission of the Czech Republic to NATO most? Theoretical knowledge described in the first part is employed in the case study of the second part.en
