dc.description.abstractV teoretické části bakalářské práce nejdříve popisujeme historií angiografie a poté i diagnostické koronografie, kde jsme se diagnostické i intervenční metody pokusili demonstrovat na příkladu diagnostikování a léčení ICHS. Současně s tím jsme definovali obecné i rozšířené pravomoci RAS, jejichž součástí je i případný podíl radiologického asistenta při diagnostických a intervenčních výkonech. Konkrétní podíl RAS na uvedených výkonech tvoří závěr teoretické částí bakalářské práce. V praktické části vyhodnocujeme provedený kvantitativní výzkum dotazníkovou metodou, kde se zabýváme uplatněním radiologického asistenta při diagnostické koronografii a intervenci věnčitých tepen. Součástí tohoto hodnocení je i posouzení, zda byly splněny hlavní cíle bakalářské práce a ověření pravdivosti stanovených hypotéz. V závěru práce konstatujeme dosažení všech zvolených cílů, ale potvrzení jen části definovaných hypotéz, kde nejvýznamnějším zjištěním je fakt, že RAS provádí na kardiologických pracovištích 1. asistenci lékaři pouze ve dvou případech z 20 oslovených respondentů, respektive z 15 vyhodnotitelných odpovědí těchto respondentů, což je zhruba 13 % oproti očekávanému 100% předpokladu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical part of the paper first describes the history and then angiography and diagnostic angiography, where we examine the diagnostic and intervention methods as we attempt to demonstrate the example of the diagnosis and treatment of CHD. At the same time, we define the general powers and extended RAS, which includes the contribution of any radiological assistance during diagnostic and interventional procedures. The specific contribution of RAS on this performance concludes the theoretical part of the thesis. In the practical part, we analyse the results from the questionnaire survey conducted as quantitative research, which deals with the application of radiological assistance during diagnostic coronary angiography and coronary intervention. Part of this evaluation is to assess whether the objectives have been completed thesis and verify the truthfulness of the hypotheses. In conclusion, we note the achievement of all selected targets, but only in confirmation of the hypotheses presented. One of the most important findings is that RAS performed in the first cardiac work assisted physicians in only two of the 20 respondents - for which there were 15 evaluable responses - corresponding to 13% compared to the expected 100% assumption.en
