dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá systémovou analýzou rozvoje komunitní energetiky v kontextu transformace evropského a českého energetického trhu. V návaznosti na směrnice EU 2018/2001 a 2019/944 analyzuje právní rámec komunitní energetiky a způsoby její implementace ve vybraných členských státech EU. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na implementaci legislativy v České republice prostřednictvím novel Lex OZE I-III a nově vzniklých subjektů trhu s elektřinou. Práce popisuje a hodnotí dopady komunitní energetiky na strukturu trhu s elektřinou, distribuční poplatky a technické výzvy spojené s rozvojem sdílení elektřiny. V závěrečné části je uveden modelový výpočet ekonomického dopadu sdílení elektřiny v bytových domech na výnosy provozovatele distribuční soustavy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with a system analysis of the development of community energy in the context of changes in the European and Czech energy markets. It follows EU directives 2018/2001 and 2019/944 and looks at the legal rules for community energy and how it is used in selected EU countries. Special focus is on how the Czech Republic applies this legislation through the changes known as Lex OZE I-III and through new organizations like the Electricity Data Center. The thesis also describes and evaluates how community energy affects the electricity market, distribution fees, and technical challenges connected with sharing electricity. In the last part, there is a model example that shows the economic impact of electricity sharing in apartment buildings on the income of the distribution system operator.en
