dc.description.abstractPráce se věnuje komparaci bezpečnostní politiky vůči postsovětskému prostoru dvou ruských prezidentů Borise Jelcina a Vladimíra Putina do roku 2008. Hypotézou práce je, že nástupem prezidenta Putina se výrazně změnila bezpečnostní politika vůči postsovětskému prostoru. Hypotézu si autorka ověří či vyvrátí na základě porovnání bezpečnostní politiky obou prezidentů v oblasti vojenské, energetické a sociální.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to compare the security politics to wards post-Soviet area during the Jelcin´s a Putin´s admininstration to 2008. Hypothesis of the thesis is the Putin´s administration brought fundamental changes to Russian security politics to wards post-Soviet area. The hypothesis wiil be verified with help of comaring three security sector´s - military, energy and social sector.en
