dc.description.abstractV poslední době v České republice probíhají diskuze o muslimské komunitě žijíci v naší zemi. Nejen v médiích, ale i ve společnosti jsou diskutována témata jako islámská menšina v ČR, terorismus, migrační krize, apod. Jedním z diskutovaných problémů je případ knihy Základy tauhídu od Dr. Abu Ameenah Bilala Philipse. Kauza začala policejním zásahem v roce 2014, následovalo mnoho soudních jednání, která skončila v únoru roku 2019. V rámci soudních jednání byl zproštěn viny obžalovaný Vladimír Sáňka, který byl právě odpovědným redaktorem knihy Základy tauhídu. Cílem práce je nabídnout čtenářům přehled celého případu knihy Základy tauhídu, přiblížit jednotlivé události kauzy a poskytnout tak ucelený obraz nejen o knize a jejím obsahu a celkovém vyznění, ale i o dalších osobnostech a důležitých bodech kauzy samotné.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedRecently it has been going some discussions about muslim community in the Czech Republic. Not only in the media but also in society, topics such as the islamic minority in the Czech Republic, terrorism, mmigration from the Middle East are discussed. One of the discussed issues is the case of the book The Fundamentals of Tawheed (Islamic Monotheism) by Dr. Abu Ameenah Bilal Philips. The whole issue started in 2014 with the police intervention in some czech muslim objects and mosques. Consequently, there has been prosecuted one person - Czech muslim Vladimír Sáňka, who was responsible editor of the Czech translation of the book The Fundamentals of Tawheed. He was prosecuted for the support and promotion of movements suppressing human rights and freedoms. The aim of this thesis is to offer readers an overview of the whole case of the book The Fundamentals of Tawheed, its parts (police intervention, protest prayer of muslim and a lot of court proceedings). The reader can also find some information about the book, its contents and the overall tone of the book.en
