dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce popisuje vybraná témata z historie podnikání. Cílem práce je popsat vývoj podnikání v 19. století, jeho změny v průběhu 20. století, analyzovat činnost vybraného podniku, který byl založen v 19. století a zjištěné poznatky porovnat se současným podnikáním. V první části se práce zabývá historickým pojetím podnikatele, vznikem pojmu globalizace, vývojem marketingu, technickým pokrokem posledních 200 let a hospodářským vývojem Rakouska-Uherska a následně Československé republiky. Druhá část obsahuje případovou studii Škodových závodů a to od jejich založení v roce 1859 zhruba do roku 1965. Na vývoji tohoto podniku jsou ukázány tendence zmíněné v první části textu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPresented bachelor thesis describes selected topics from the history of entrepreneurship. Objective of the thesis is to describe development of entrepreneurship in the 19th century, its changes in the 20th century, to analyze activity of chosen company, which was established in the 19th century and discovered knowledge compare to the current business. In the first part the thesis deals with a historical conception of an entrepreneur, formation of the globalization concept, evolution of marketing, technical progress in the last 200 years and economic development of Austria-Hungary and Czechoslovak Republic afterwards. The second part contains case study of Skoda Works company since its foundation in 1859 roughly until 1965. In the evolution of this company are shown tendencies mentioned in the first part of the text.en
