| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývala hodnocením stereognozie a somatognozie u psychiatrických pacientů. Teoretická část se zabývá definicemi pojmů stereognozie a somatognozie, jejich významem, centrem řízení, možnostmi jejich hodnocení a ovlivnění. Dále pak duševním zdravím a du-ševní nemocí. Blíže je popsána úzkost a mentální anorexie, protože tyto dvě diagnózy mají největší zastoupení v námi hodnoceném vzorku probandů. Byly vytvořeny dvě skupiny. První byla skupina psychiatrických pacientů, do které byly zařazeny osoby s diagnostiko-vanou úzkostnou poruchou, mentální anorexií, bipolární poruchou a mentální retardací. Druhá skupina byla tvořena probandy bez psychiatrické diagnózy. Pomocí testu Body ima-gine, testu propriorecepce, vyšetření dle Trombly a testu dle Petrie u nich byla hodnocena schopnost stereognozie a somatognozie. Na základě těchto testů jsme vyhodnotily výsled-ky, ze kterých vyplynulo, že schopnost stereognozie u námi testovaných psychiatrických pacientů nebyla snížená. Schopnost somatognozie se lišila podle typu diagnózy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is dealing with the evaluation of somatognosis and stereognosis within psychiatric patients. We deal with the definitions of the terms stereognosis and somatogno-sis in the theoretical part, their meaning, the possibility of their evaluation and theirs influ-ence, mental health and mental illness. The anxiety and mental anorexia is described in mo-re detail, because these two diagnoses have the largest representation in the sample of the evaluated probands.The research was divided to the two main groups. The first one conta-ined psychiatric patients. There were patients with confirmed diagnosis of anxiety, mental anorexia, bipolar disorder and mental retardation. The second group was formed from pro-bands without any psychiatric diagnoses. The ability of stereognosis and somatognosia was examined using the body image test method, proprioception test, Trombly's test and Petrie's test. We have observed that ability to stereognosis was not decreased in the group of patients with the psychiatric diagnoses. The results have also shown that ability to soma-tognosis was various by the different types of diagnostics. | en |
