| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou intoxikací, konkrétně otravou oxidem uhelnatým a methemoglobinémií. Práce je rozdělené na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretický úsek pojednává zvlášť o intoxikaci způsobené oxidem uhelnatým a methemoglobinémii, kde se oba celky zabývají především jednotlivými příčinami a příznaky otrav. Dále se zabývá diagnostickými postupy, jejich výhodami i úskalími, a léčbou. Praktickou část bakalářské práce tvoří popis a zhodnocení dvou kazuistik, kde je ukázán postup při diagnostice těchto intoxikací a jejich možných komplikací. | cs |
