dc.description.abstractDaná diplomová práce se zabývá řízením firemních procesů s ohledem na náklady společnosti ŠKODA JS, a.s. Cílem sestavené diplomové práce je analyzovat probíhající klíčové a vedlejší procesy společnosti na základě konkrétního zpracovávaného výrobního projektu a navrhnout možnou úpravu monitoringu a controllingu pro efektivnější řízení procesů tak, aby byly dosaženy nižší náklady společnosti a naplněny důležité indikátory, jež sledují efektivitu hospodaření společnosti. Velký objem potřebných informací byl získán při pravidelných osobních rozhovorech a konzultacích se zástupci společnosti ŠKODA JS, a.s. a také ze zdrojů studijní literatury a z veřejně dostupných on-line zdrojů. Při sestavování dané diplomové práce se používaly metody sběru informací ve formě strukturovaných rozhovorů, deskripce a analýzy dat a informací a také syntézy získaných znalostí a zpracování literární rešerše.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe current master thesis follows up a management of company's processes due to the costs of the company SKODA JS a.s. The main goal of this current master thesis is to analyze actual ongoing key processes and secondary processes of the company based on a particular manufacture project being processed and to come up with possible alteration of the monitoring and the controlling for more efficient process management in order to make them more effective to meet lower costs and to fulfill important indicators that track effectiveness of company's economic and financial situation. Big amount of necessary information was obtained during regular personal interviews and consultations with SKODA JS's representatives, as well as from study literature and publicly available online sources. There were methods of information collection used in the form of structured interviews, description and analysis of data and information, as well as synthesis of acquired knowledge and processing of literature research, in compiling the master thesis.en
