dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vymáhání průmyslových práv. Část práce se zabývá mezinárodními smlouvami, které upravují tuto problematiku. Další část práce rozebírá předmětnou problematiku z pohledu národních předpisů. Taktéž jsou zde rozebrány příslušné legislativní akty Evropské unie. V práci je dále rozebráno vymáhání průmyslových práv z pohledu soukromého práva a v závěrečné části jsou uvedeny i příslušné rozhodnutí soudů s ohledem na vymáhání průmyslových práv.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis analyses the problem of intangible industrial rights enforcement. First the thesis describes the international treaties concerning intangible industrial rights as well as the enforcement. Further there is an analysis of intangible industrial rights from the point of view of the Czech legal system. The thesis is focused on the protection and enforcement of intangible industrial rights on the basis of the act that was prepared to comply with international treaties and also with the EU Directives and Regulations. Next part of the thesis analyses the protection and enforcement based on private law. All the above mentioned means of industrial rights enforcement are also amended by court decisions.en
